Refund policy
Returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please see Exceptions / non-returnable items for non-returnable timeframes during holidays.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@uncensoredcardshop.com. We are a small card company, and we'd love to make it right.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All cards purchased from November 15th through December 31st in any year are not eligible for return.
All cards purchased in the same month that the United States holiday occurs, are non-returnable. An example of this is the purchase of a Valentine's Day card in February. This is to reduce waist and excess printing costs.
Orders shipped out of the United States of America are not eligible for return.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exceptions are made as required by law.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating. You can always contact us for any questions at returns@uncensoredcardshop.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
